The IAC (integrated abutment crowns) is a layered crown with ceramic composite (75% ceramic, 25% composite) directly on the Bicon abutment. Among the multiple advantages, the absence of cementation of the crown on the abutment itself stands out as well as the possibility of modifying the occlusal and proximal contact points directly in the studio. The IAC can also be constructed with a zirconia-ceramic or metal-ceramic crown cemented on the abutment in the laboratory.
