Silensor-sl

Snoring is generated in the area of the upper respiratory system. If the airways are narrowed, there is an increase in the speed of the air flow which will produce a vibration of the soft parts causing the typical snoring noise. The Silensor-sl belongs to the mandibular advancement devices. These devices prevent drooping and backward movement of the jaw during sleep. Clinical investigations demonstrate the effectiveness of splints with mandibular anteriorization, Silensor-sl was also particularly comfortable.
